Person I rented truck from gave me no information about extra charges for mileage. Just handed me the receipt. Minimal conversation. The front windshield was filthy and covered in dead bugs. Thank goodness I only live a mile away. Had to soak and scrap the bugs off! Will not recommend this location to anyone!

Person was rude. Had to ask to help me hook the trailer I rented. Had a problem with my hitch (was a bit to high) insted of help me to find a solution he offer to SELL me a different one. A paser by had to help me to hook the trailer that only require a bit of thinking a another bit of effort.

When I came the first time to return the trailer I was told that it would be helpful to him to bring the trailer to a different, further distance location that he would not accept it. I had to call the UHaul 800 number to get the location to accept the trailer.

This location charged me for 12 missing pads even though I was only given 12 initially. They didn’t bother to call me and explain why they were charging me.

I passed a u haul dealer to get to this one

I hooked up trailer by myself no help at all. I rented for 24 hours but was done in 6 hours. I dropped off trailer same day. Went inside snd told them I was done with it. 4 days later I get a call from uhaul asking where trailer was it had never been checked in. I went inside I didnt I had to check in on app when I did it verbal inside.

The guy at the store was NO help with hooking up a trailer that I soon found out had faulty braking- at the very least, the store should have enough help to connect a trailer for a customer with a disability, and would be nice if it had the connecters so I didn't have to go to Wal-Mart with a trailer with no signals
