Clearly the third or fourth business run at this location. Owner wants to run their Uhaul franchise as a passive income business. Unstaffed and listed number doesn't accept calls. Uhaul's contact number goes to voicemail. Self return app ineffective as location doesn't match app's GPS location. Vehicle was left on my account for four days after no one being able to check in my vehicle remotely. Uhaul of Southern Alabama was no help and lied to corporate twice about sending an agent to physically check in the vehicle. On site manager was located after four days. Claimed he "thought" he had checked the vehicle in. Complete failure from top to bottom.

How U-Haul Reviews WorkUpon arrival for drop off, the store was closed and parking lot was empty of U-Haul equipment. I called the number and followed the instructions on the contract, but the number was not in service. There was a key drop box but no other instructions on where they wanted the gear parked. The U-Haul app worked well to complete the turn in.
BRIAN Cno u haul signage, small lot, address hard to see. People vague and differing in direction for drop off. slow to record/ check in equipment. recieved calls 4 days after drop off asking wher equipment was. they called 2x on different days. I had to call back a week after return to make sure equipment was returned. would never use that location.
MICHAEL SFuel level was on the E line, contract stated 1/4 of a tank. The walk around I did to provide evidence wasn’t taken into consideration by u-haul corporate. I was told it must be at 1/4 regardless of what was found during walk around
BRETT SNobody at location in the middle of the day. Had to use drop-box to return vehicle. Charged me later as late return. Now have to go through hassle to get refund due to their ineptness
