ROGER FEverything was great. The truck was clean, and we were surprised that it was good on gas for a truck. They made it easy to return it after hours. It was very easy to get the rental, too. No problems.
Catherine CWish you guys would be more upfront about the cost. When I make the rental, I was quoted 60ish dollars but ended up paying nearly 100. That was rather frustrating.

Gerald OThe staff and the equipment were 100%. I was able to move in less than 24hrs… I must say everything worked out according to plan except at the very end .. Not the fault of uhaul but my own… after I dropped off the equipment which was after hours I removed my personal items from the cab of the truck.. I was very confident I had gotten everything I then dropped the key into the drop box…As I drove away I noticed I had accidentally left the cab light on… I called and left a message on the business voice mail… I feel terrible for being so forgetful…. Sorry….
john cAlways pleased with service and support from Performance Automotive staff. I’m not impressed with UHaul negligence installing a means to safety lift the tongue and hitch of their cargo trailer. It’s weight requires a jack and Uhaul failed in design to provide.

Robert GThere was a lot of run around in the week or two prior to pickup, with someone at corporate, as to where I was going to have to go to get the trailer I rented online in Jonesville. She was very nice and went out of her way to help me but where I was going to have to go to get the trailer was a constantly moving target until about a day or two out. This shouldn’t happen. If one goes on the website and picks a location, either the item is there or it isn’t. I shouldn’t have to keep changing my plan because you tell me I can rent a trailer in one place online and then call me with two or three different locations as far as forty minutes from where I scheduled pickup.

waneta dThe gentlemen that helped us with our rental went above and beyond the call of duty. Although a previous customer left the truck muddy, the merchant at Performance in Jonesville, MI swept and cleaned it as much as possible for us and gave us extra blankets to protect our furniture. The truck was in excellent condition and drove extremely well.

Maged HEmployees were fine, but truck bed was dirty, brakes sqeal when stopping and suspension was terrible. Truck bounced all over the road.
Kelly MScott at Performance Automotive gave us great customer service. Their location didn't have the trailer we needed, but he picked up the phone and called another area UHaul dealer to get one sent over. He could have just told us to use UHaul's computer system (which I never feel comfortable with...there's no guarantee you'll get what you asked for), but he went the extra mile for us. Great service from the Perfomance Automotive employee!
CHRISTOPHER TI have rented trucks many times over the years and I can honestly say this was the absolute worst experience. First Uhaul changed my pickup location multiple times. At one point, after confirming my truck over the phone with a Uhaul representative, my truck was given to someone else. I had to call back and argue to have my truck put back on my reservation. After I picked up the truck, Uhaul changed my drop off location without informing me. So when I went to my account to verify the drop off location, I saw a new location that was an hour away. I then spoke to a representative over the phone to get that situation addressed and the rep was not particularly pleasant.
Eric HSince I have to take pictures of gas and odometer readings, I didn't see where typing this information was practical. However the process was user-friendly and easy.
Jeffrey BWhen I called with some questions, I put on hold for 15 minutes and was eventually hung up on and when I called back I was sent to voicemail. I left a message and no one returned my call. I then rented online without asking the questions I had. Things were fine using the uhaul except the customer service person did not explain anything to me. I was charged for 3 times more miles than I actually drove and have not heard from anyone since when I was told I would hear from a representative within 48 hours.

MICHAEL HI was suppose to get my Uhaulbin Coldwater Michigan. They did not call me until my pickup time at noon that I had to change to the Jonesville location. We drove 2 hours to get to Coldwater then had to backtrack to Jonesville to get the truck. Then drive back to Coldwater where the house was. Took an extra hour. I was not happy
Charles TYour website suggested that I needed magnetic rear lights, which I purchased. Firstly, I did not need these lights based on the my tow vehicle, and Secondly, they were shipped to my home instead of the pickup location 200 miles north. Completely useless advise and transaction. also very annoying since I had to drive 30 minutes from my preferred local uHaul center because they didn't have an extra-wide tow dolly there and apparently they can't be positioned at this price point.
