Better maintenance of the trucks - the “check engine” light was on and the roof leaked - boxes of books and other items got wet.

Again, it took forever for the app to go through the motions. We had to drop Off at night & in the pouring rain to get it back sooner so we would not have to pay more. We had to pay extra for gas cause it was parked at a slant. Then we had to take pictures of the truck in the pouring rain while the app kept us returning to to the mileage etc The whole system Sucks & we will neverrrr use U-Haul again, never!!!

JOSEPH BI enjoyed having someone there to check me in and out. To answer questions I had. I had read negative reviews from others at sites that only had self check in and that it took sometimes hours to work uhaul app to get keys. I didn't have time to waste so dealing with person on site was great. By the way the van was clean and ready to go. Ran great
Thor RI am still awaiting reimbursement. I reserved a 15 foot truck and had to take a 10 foot truck when I got to the location. I was charged for BOTH although I only rented 1 truck. I am still awaiting resolution.
RONALD CI needed a step to get into the truck. It was very uncomfortable trying to get up in it. Had I known there was no step, I could have brought one with me. My check in process took an hour. I followed the directions but the app would not accept my location. I held on the phone for much longer than should be necessary if you want people to use the app. There needs to be clearer instructions. Waiting that time #1 cut into my moving time by an hour, which cost me more money with the movers; #2 the store owner told me I could have gone directly in to the store & I would have been out of there in minutes.

RICHARD PThe 12’ utility trailer requires a winch to allow the user to unhitch the trailer. Without a winch it is impossible to uncouple the trailer. Perrones basically told me “ if I am not satisfied, go somewhere else.

MYLES EBetter customer service from Uhaul. The truck got stuck and i needed road side assistance. i called UhAul for help but they didn’t help me.i was in a dead zone and they wanted me to send them pictures. I needed immediate help put they wanted pictures. I couldn’t supply the picture i was on a dangerous road and had to get the truck off the road fast. No help from uhaul i am not very happy that the police took over and called a tow truck to help and it cost me 378.00 dollars. I am very upset and i bought the insurance from Uhal. And they didn’t have my back
VICTORIA RJoe Perrone is absolutely the best. He was kind, when I needed the truck for an additional day, I called he said no problem. He was very accommodating. I would recommend this location to anyone in the area. He's super nice, personable and really cares and wants to be helpful. He's very easy to talk to if I could give him 10 stars I would! I hope you pass this information on to him. I plan to let him know as well how much I appreciated his service and flexibility with my scheduling issue. I will always recommend Perrone's location. cristy cThe only thing I can complain about is that they always had the insurance on when you didn’t it in your rental. I declined it each time and they added on anyway. Plus the last time this time when I got the truck they called and said the 10 foot truck was unavailable And they were upgrading it to the 15 foot truck for free and no extra cost. They were going to charge me what the 10 foot truck would cost but they did not. They charged me the extra $10 for the 15 foot truck so they overcharged me $25 , other than that, I love using that U-Haul and this company is great to pick it up at. But the U-Haul company always gets the billing wrong.

Joe pTruck was muddy, I advised owner inside was dirty and muddy , I washed out truck. I asked for blankets only had one there. Truck had half tank of fuel when received and I filled it asking for a reduction of my bill which couldn’t be done. I’ve used UhAul before but this was a bad experience.

MICHAELPAUL TIt was a severe snow storm when picking up the truck. Also, truck had summer tires(not traction) on the rear. Had to give a fair evaluation with this in mind. The storm also was a major factor in the condiiton of the truck. It was dirty inside both cab and box.

Dennis BThe only complaint I have is that when I fill out the paperwork to run the vehicle, I do not add the insurance. I was told that they would remove that when the Truck was returned end it would be off my final bill. It was not. I was still charged for the insurance. They put in a formal dispute and I have to wait for 72 hours before I will hear a response. Matter of fact I think the last time I rented the U-Haul I had the same issue. And I don’t think they change that either. The last time I rented it was January 8, 2024. I made the same formal complaint that I did not ask for the insurance. They put in a formal dispute and I never heard back. So January 8 I paid $15 more than I was supposed to and March 15, I paid $15 more than I was supposed to. Both times I did not request the insurance yet I was charged for it both times. The first time I rented the truck they actually got it right and did not include the insurance. So basically U-Haul owes me $30 for being charged twice for insurance when I did not request it. Please look into this and please credit my account with the fees that We’re not authorized by me. That is the only complaint I have. They always have a truck ready for me. It’s always nice and clean and they are really nice and friendly when we pick it up but they constantly add the insurance when I specifically do not ask for it.

Trent MI was given the truck on empty, and told I had to return it at a quarter tank. It was also a decision on block I'm out of snow in the back of the truck but I was left to shovel out myself because rear door was left open
