rich mThe location was convenient and clean, big positives in my opinion. My biggest complaint isn't with the location but rather the trailer I rented and I noticed the same problem with other trailers there. No jack! The tongue weight on a 6x12 trailer is rather high for one person to lift safely. Been a while since I've rented a trailer but it seems U-Haul has decided to greatly inconvenience customers by removing a very important feature.
