The worker was polite, helpful and had great customer service
Camillia RI was not aware about the need to fill out the uhaul with gas and was charged A LOT of money. This move was stretching our budget anyway and this added unwanted worry.

Lawrence APiece of shit vehicle tire blew and was broke down. It took 5 hours of sitting on the highway before I was towed. I will likely kot rent from uhaul again.

JUANITA MThe truck I had reserved was not available for the time I reserved it for. Which caused a problem for me. I think when a situation as such occurs there should be some type of incentive offered since that’s why most people schedule prior to the move to ensure a truck is available.
MARY DThe wrong truck was parked at the pickup up spot and no one was available to help us figure out why the code for the lock was not working (it was the wrong truck). The staff that answered the phone at this location said they couldn’t help with anything. We finally found the truck with the correct lock but it was parked behind a locked gate and we had to maneuver it around other vehicles and the buildings to get to the exit. We lost 1.5 hrs of our scheduled move because of this. We also ordered moving blankets and they were not left in the truck so we did not have any to use.

George AI couldn't figure out where to park and it could potentially be dangerous for a single person like me dropping off at night I should have picked the location in Champions it was much more inviting when I drove by.

Afshin NI arrived at 10 am. I finally left at 12 noon. Took forever to rent a simple truck. the local rep could not enter the info. I could not get it done on line and 3 phone calls to Uhaul failed. In the end the local rep finally got the data entered correctly.
