I have to tell you what a delight it was renting from this location. Kim and Kevin were so friendly and helpful. The office was very well lit and spotless. I would not hesitate to rent from Kim and Kevin and highly recommend to anyone.

TOTAL BILL WAS 24.67, I WAS CHARGED FOR 2 DAYS FOR A RETURNING THE TRAILER AN HOUR LATE, BUSINESS CLOSED. I DID ADVISE THE AGENT OF THE LATE RETURN BEFORE THE RETURN TIME. THIS IS NOT A WAY TO GET RETURN BUSINESS.!

Equipment was not ready at the requested time, took an additional 45 minutes to leave the property after scheduling through the 24/7 Truck Share system. Customer service over the phone and the on-site representative was poor. On-site individual did not know how to use U-Haul Gift Certificate which had been linked to the reservation. Very dissatisfied with this experience.

When I checked in, I was asked if I knew how to "hook up a trailer." I said "yes" and they said "good, because I have a bad back so I can't." I ended up having to hook up my own trailer without work gloves and in my airline uniform (white shirt + dress pants). Wasn't ready for that. You should have people at your stores who can hook up the equipment. I had an appointment, so they knew I was coming. Also, after I loaded the trailer, one of the rear tires looked low. I went to a gas station (where I had to pay for air) and hooked up the machine. The tire measured 5lbs of air. I filled it up to 45 lbs (not knowing how much air it should have).

I have been trying for over 2 hours to return the trailer I rented. I returned it to the same location I got it from. The self mobile return did not work. Please ensure I am not charged for more than 1 day. The dealer made a mistake when I rented and charged my credit card for 2 days and told me not to worry. The charges would be adjusted when I did the self mobile return. Well, that did not go well either. I've been on my desktop trying to do the online chat and no one picking that up. I have pictures when I returned the trailer. The dealer was there when I returned but said he couldn't help because it was after hours.

Customer service representative was extremelly helpful and patient as she had to deal with the mess created by the location were we rented the vehicle. She was kind enough to make the phone calls needed in order for us to get the aituation fixed and have a less frustating experience.
