MARK V.Naj was very helpful. HOWEVER, LEESBURG WAS NOT THE ORGINAL DROP SITE. LAKE TIRE and AUTO 812W. Burleigh Blvd, Tavares FL was the drop site. Upon arrival the pull in area was congested with older vehicles and an assorted of tires and debris. I parked where I could with the trailer went in to ask where to put the unit and just walked up to the line when a older man came in door ANGRY and YELLING 'who parked in the way I'm trying to run a business here'. I said me I'm just returning a trailer. He YELLED at me and said your your damn sure not dropping it here. I said that's what it says. He asked who said. I said the APP. He said again, not your not leaving it here. Get out. We exchanges expletives and that's when he called me a SMART ASS and came towards me and THREATENED to "KICK MY ASS" and told me to get the hell out here, and there was a place about 3 miles down the road. He followed me to my truck. I could not believe how I was treated. I still don't know what I'm going to do about this! I don't think UHAUL would condone this type of customer harassment and should take appropriate action towards this owner. Please contact me with your outcome. Tim Pack. 47chevyburb@gmail.com

TONY P.The female manager there had an attitude problem and was rude. She started out pleasant, but, when she realized there was a physical damage problem became pushy and intimidating and rude. I was not at all happy with any treatment by Uhaul whether it was dispatch/scheduling, installation of the hitch, or pick up/drop off of the unit.

Amy M.I rented the uhaul and it wasn't clean and the gas was la quarter tank from empty. Took pictures and submitted it. I rented the truck for 3 days total was $211. But when I returned the truck it was clean and gas was where it was suppose to be. I left my phone at home so I called and had them to send the haul app to my nephew phone and we took pictures and submitted the pictures but I was charged and extra $100 . Less than a 100 miles. At your own risk

Patricia P.The customer service at this particular location is stellar. I wish the trucks reflected the same sentiment. Yesterday's rental had an awful smell coming from the ac vents. The manager cleaned and deodorized it immediately after I mentioned it to her the first time, but the smell is back. Other than that, I was very satisfied.

Megan P.I always rent trucks from this location. More times than not, I am more than satisfied with the overall experience. There was a strange odor in the truck during my most recent rental. It was really bad. I couldn't use the a/c because the smell was coming thru the vents. Other than that, I was completely satisfied.

Sylvia H.I wonder if this company is paying people to post good reviews.....here is what they did to us: gave us a truck KNOWING it had a leak in the roof that someone tried to repair; BUT THEY DID NOT TELL US THAT; we drove the truck from Florida to Michigan in several downpours and several hundred dollars of water damage to our belongings; when we put a claim on the insurance it was denied because the man at Personal Mini Storage handwrote on the back of our contract that we were advised of water leak. A TOTAL LIE. If we had seen that, we would NOT have rented the truck. Anyone with a brain in their head would not rent a trucking knowing it had a water leak. This company is not honest. Shame on them.
jody K.Help the poor lady running the place. ALL of her tech was on the fritz and she had to do everything over the phone with some other U HAUL rep. She kept her cool though, and was upbeat and friendly despite the issues.
Gary M.I was advised at the time of pick there would be a 100 dollar deposit because I used a prepaid Visa. When I Got my deposit back it was NOT the full amount there was a EZ Fuel deduction in the amount of 23.38. I have photos of the mileage and gas when I picked up the truck and when I dropped it off. Ot was more than 3/4 of a tank. This would be the second time I have rented with Uhaul and you guys have lied about the gas. I will NOT be renting from you guys again this is ridiculous.
