I had a three hour wait for my son in law to have to come drive my loaded truck because it's was pulling to the right so bad. I made a report and no one even called me.TAMMY H.
They overcharged me and only credited me $50 I should not had to pay extra day or mileage if the battery did not need replacing costing me my spot to donate furniture and stuck trying to get rid of it otherwise only 5 miles would been used did not return vehicle at 1130 am that was a lie. Took out 230 and returned next day around 53â€ bc had extr a hours bc they cost me time. Corporate also stated no charge for mileage and truck that middle size is $29 not $59 and feel girl nice there but ripped off. Also went storage else where bc told first month free then said on the climate no free month after went elsewhere 530 and they lied stating 1130 like I had car 1.5 days. Told them look I cameras. Have at least one person at the location instead of leaving a â€œscavenger huntâ€ to obtain an already reserved Uhaul. Start rent time when the online paperwork and checklist have been completed. Provide a gate code prior to arrival. CLEAN YOUR VEHICLES. It was filthy and musty. This is highly concerning living in the age of COVID. Also routine inspections. The vehicle was shaky and made both driver and passenger feel unsafe.Kelly B.

The truck came with about 3/4 of a tank of gas. I put 13 miles on it and I got charged for 1.5 gallons at $3.50/gallon, even though I put 2 gallons in the tank. The guy at the desk was eating his lunch so he did not have time to go out an inspect the truck. That's the last time I would rent a truck from this location.RICHARD Q.

Broken mirror, dirty truck, had to follow someone into the gate because I wasn't given a gate code to access my rental. Truck was parked too tight, had to mount curb to get it out of its parking spot. Very disappointed with this location.John C.

This has been the third time that I have rented a truck from U-Haul. Overall have had a good experience. This time the truck was extremely dirty. I am not paranoid over this whole covid-19 thing but I feel that the truck should have been wiped down. I also rented a furniture dolly that was not in the truck and I was charged for. I will be renting again hopefully my next experience won't be so bad.Marisela G.

I dropped the truck off but there wasn't anyone at the location to talk to. It was a great location for me because it was only a few miles from my home. Hard to rate the place when I could go in but the location was excellent for drop off.Lisa M.
We scheduled pickup before location hours. We did not receive a code for the security gate and were let in by a storage customer. Once inside and locating our rental cargo van, we were unable to use a valid security code to get out of the gate at this location. We were on hold via telephone for over 45 minutes and finally gave up when another storage customer appeared and let us in with their security code. Please make this easier for those customers needing to pick up and return outside of your opening hours.Robert G.

I was treated with the highest respect And courtesy! She even got out in a downpour and unhooked the trailer. We were drenched but she just laughed and kept at it!!! I loved it because it told me so much about her and made me want to use them again.BRENDA S.
The truck itself, after some repeated use, developed a smell that was not acceptable; as if there was some burning rubber. We drove it less than 30 miles. In addition, there was an oil leak and a spot the size of a softball developed on my driveway while being unloaded. There was no offer of any sort of compensation for the â€œnot so goodâ€ experience. Because it's also a storage facility the office is often not staffed. Ever occasion I was there I had to wait outside for staff to return. Also, my bill reflected the wrong coverage. The original staff said it would be corrected at checkout but it didn't happen. Only $5 but indicative of lack of attention to detail.Charles N.
The staff I spoke to (a lady on 6/30/2020) was very rude. When I filled my uhaul, the gas pump clicked like it usually does when the tank was full so I brought it back. The lady at the store said my tank was not full and when the gas pump clicks, â€œthat doesn't mean it is full. You have to keep filling itâ€ even though the gas pumps say not to overfill because of fire risks. They charged my card an additional $62 without any prior notice sending my account into the negative and now I have feed to pay. When I called to inquire as to why I did not get any notice before being charged, I got a rude answer of â€œwell if you filled your tank to the correct level, you wouldn't have this issueâ€. When I explained that it's only right to notify the customer before charging them she kept repeating the same rude response of â€œif you actually filled your tank all the way, you wouldn't have this issueâ€ and she hung up the phone on me instead of giving me an answer. If I could rate this employee -5 stars I would. I work in customer service and if I ever spoke to a customer they way she spoke to me I would be fired immediately. She has ruined the entire uhaul experience for me.Hayley C.
