Reserved truck for 9am. Got there at 9:30 and the gate was locked. Came back at 10 and it was open. Inconvenient.

Linda N.Nothing to complain about these particular stores but the whole uhaul experience was terrible. Set me up at a store that was not open that day I needed to pick up. Once arrived I couldn't get my truck keys then had to spend an hour and a half on the phone with customer service to find a location with the size truck I needed. Completely ruined my schedule.
