The location do not have enough room for all the trucks they receive/send out. Due to the amount of trucks utilized, they resort to parking the trucks in dirt. When this happens, sometimes the trucks get stuck in the dirt which causes an inconvenience for the customer trying to pick up. I think it would be beneficial if their system was looked into and adjusted to make sure customers have a straightforward and hassle free experience.
