It wasn't filthy but there was sand and a few garbage things in the cab area and also in the cargo area. Also the cost to move things yourself are really going up. 79 cents per mile is getting steep when you consider how spread out central Florida is. There is really nothing within miles of the location so just to get gas it costs several dollars in mileage. 1 small self move of a bedroom set cost over $110.

first uhaul had cracked windshield, and plastic panel was broken inside, , not sure what all my charges were , was unable to get app to work to check in vehicle at 6pm, they charged for that, overall more expensive than the 20 foot truck i rented 2 days earlier at the chevron up the street, the lady there was very nice and no extra charges

The truck had a bad ramp and left us for 3 to 4 hrs waiting for the road assistant. I think this could have been avoid if the truck was inspected before we got it. Other than that the lady that took care of me was such a sweet person and helpful that I will recommend this place just because of the way she treated me. Thanks

Truck in very bad shape. Clean, but does not run very well. Alignment was very off, and unable to adjust driver side mirror to be able to see

Actually check the equipment before letting customers look at it. Ridiculous I had to tell them things were broken and missing wires and harness for connecting.

I was given a van covered in animal blood from the previous renter who used it for transporting meats, and to add insult to injury the staff is so incompetent that they did not process my return and let someone else use the fan and I got charged for over 100 miles of driving even though I only drove less than 15

We've used this particular location several times now and we've been totally satisfied. The only negative we've experienced is the mobile return. But that's probably due to my short comings and not the facility. Cole has always been helpful and courteous
