One thing it will help is to have someone help pick up the trailer from the ground and mount it on the hitch. It's very heavy to do it alone. Other than that I love renting from uhaul. Thank you.

Great customer service and the van was clean etc. On my way back to drop off the tyre pressure light came on so I brought it back sooner than I wanted as I did not want to get stuck on 27 with a flat tyre. When I got there the tyre seemed ok to me .

No improvements required. My husband and I actually got turned around on Route 27 looking for Budget Rental and happened to see U-Haul first. Manager Cole Saunders welcomed us with open arms. Cole was so friendly and accommodating that we decided to rent a truck from his business instead. Plus, we were extremely pleased to have rented a new truck. We will return to Cole for our future rental truck requirements. Thank you, Cole, for great service at an affordable rate!!

Everything and everyone there were great and helpful I wish you guys had weekly or even monthly rentals I had to call in everyday and extend my truck rental and it's really hard getting you guys on the phone I prefer you guys over Penske and Budget but they are willing to flat rate me for weekly rentals

Back in April 3, 2018, I rented a one way 26 foot truck with a two whell car carrier from Orlando, FL to West Springfield, MA. It was a nightmare from the beginning. I had people that were going to help me with the move and I lost their help because the process of renting the truck took so long because of mechanical issues with the truck. When I pick up the truck, I did a pre inspection of the truck and notice that it was leaking power steering fluid, it also didn't had any cruise control. I told the gentleman at the front desk and about the cruise control he told me that it was the only truck available, ( for a trip of more than 1,000 miles, with no cruise control, is tough ), than, about the leakage of power steering fluid, he told me to call the 1 800 number for road side assistance when I wasn't even out of his lot yet. He should of had change my truck right there and then. When I try to park the truck at the house, the steering was so hard, I couldn't park the truck. So I had to call the office where I rented the truck from, they told me that they couldn't do anything for me because they didn't had any trucks available, to call road side assistance. I was on the phone for more than an hour back anf forth with all these people, finally the office where I rented from, gives me a call to go change the truck, that they had one. Two hours later, we made the exchange but, still no cruise control. Very exosting trip with out cruise control. Once we finally made the trip and started to unload it started raining and the nightmare that we tough it was over with the U Haul trucks started again. A lot of my clothes, wood furniture and some of my sofa set started getting wet because the trailer top had two holes in it. It was a nightmare since I had two stops set up on the trailer, the first stop was at the place we were going to stay at and the second was at the storage over at U Haul. Well the stuff that was getting wet was the stuff going to the storage and we had ALL THIS STUFF IN FRONT OF IT FROM THE FIRST STOP. So just imagine all the struggles with had to deal with beacause of an issue that it wasn't supposed to happen. They should had that truck checked, from front to back before it was rented. Now, I had put a complaint since April 5, 2018, I was assigned a claim adjuster who's name is Daniel Brodo, who it took him two months to finally answer my e mails and phone calls, oh and the only way I was able to talk to him was by me calling the main U Haul office, I was lucky that one of the big shots pick up my phone call and he tracked down Mr.Brodo and that was the only way I was able to finally get an answer from my adjuster. That was on June 7,2018, since he knew that his boss was on the phone he promised me that by the next day Friday June 8, 2018 he was going to have a check for me for all the troubles and for whatever money I had spended fixing whatever furniture was damage. Never called me on Friday, I had send him e mails and also had called
