I had no contact with personnel. I dropped off the rental truck after hours.

How U-Haul Reviews WorkConvenient, don't seem to care very much
Tyler FI booked the wrong location but the guy in the front desk was so kind and called my original location so I could get the truck there..so helpful and fast process
Zulaida RNo improvement needed. Soon as I walk in Brett greeted me with a smile, he was very pleasant the entire time, explained the process with patience. Brett exemplify professionalism and great customer service!!
Brenda JI am very dissatisfied with this issue. When I picked up the truck, it had an estimated range of only 25 miles. I put $22 worth of fuel into the truck, and when I returned it, the estimated range was 45 miles. Despite this, I was charged an additional $16 for fuel. This does not make sense, because I returned the truck with more fuel than it had when I picked it up. I would like you to review this charge and refund the additional $16 that was incorrectly charged.
