SEAN JI prefer to "counter pick up" when I rent. Madeline was exceptional. It is quite apparent she is service driven and an excellent represdentitive of the Uhaul team. This is my go to location.
Troy AMy girlfriend and I rented a small trailer to move some personal items from her home. We originally were returning the trailer on a Sunday, but due to unseen circumstances we could not return it that day. When I called the staff was very friendly and did not make me feel uncomfortable as if I had did something wrong. I have now rented from this location twice and I would certainly return for a 3rd time and more.

KATHLEEN LI’m still waiting to hear back on why I was charged a second time not the same amount but my contract stated a certain amount then next day was charged another amount. Place should of called me back by now been 3 days. I will pay them a visit soon

Connie SI guess I disturbed the attendant’s lunch at 3pm. She told me to park the truck around the corner and bring her back the key. When I took the key back I asked her if she wanted to inspect the truck in my presence and she said no. I was subsequently sent a final invoice and it had a $12 charge for 2 gallons of fuel! Of course I had taken pictures of the fuel gauge and mileage before I left with the truck and after I dropped it off. I called u haul and spoke with a very professional customer service representative who immediately reversed the charge. Well done Allison!!!

Achilles HEquipment rented was not on truck. Called immediately to get refunded for eqiment and was still charged. Had to do a mobile check in because office was closed, which took an hour. However, person who assisted with mobile check in was great.

She called me initially after I picked up the truck at another location and was so accommodating with me in providing drop off instructions and directions to me. She was very friendly and I could tell she was fully invested in me and cared for me as a customer. The location at Satellite Beach was very clean, safe, and organized. Alana has great customer relation and service skills, she is detailed and efficient. She really represents the U-Haul brand extremely well and deserves high for marks for her outstanding customer service. My wife and I will strictly use this location in the future and highly recommend this location to anyone wanting an excellent experience with their rental.

Jorge CMobile app to use Uhaul Share is not functional! After downloading the app, it was not what the instructions show and there was no way to get the key for the truck. Luckily it was during normal working time and the local staff could help. Otherwise, I could not have used the truck. That mobile app is a complete failure and makes me hesitant to use UHaul again, Staff was great.
Kai WGot charged $10 for gas. Gas was at same level as when rented. Have contacted them twice with no call back. Please have them return my call

Sean OWe were told the Uhaul would have a full tank of gas, and to leave it with a full tank. It only had half a tank when we picked it up and we took a picture of that. We put gas in after, and left it with the same amount of gas. We were charged double because of that. How is that right?
Megan CAn expensive coffee table was broken due to carelessness. Also much of my furniture was either soiled or scuffed.
Sonia NWe found a molding half eaten hot dog under our seat and the cab smelled like rotting trash. I learned about the vehicle inspection sticker and it appears the last time the vehicle was inspected by U-Haul was in May. The tires were not inflated correctly at the proper PSI and the brakes felt like they needed some tuning.

SEAN LLocation services on your app for after hours drop off was a total pain, iOS wouldn’t work, had to download google chrome, it wouldn’t recognize my camera, spent an hour fooling around with it. Won’t ever do an after hours pick up or drop off again
ROBERT OHad to hunt down the employee, she never went over the truck with me. I wanted to let her know that I was on time. And show my copy of the contract. I was charged an extra day, which is incorrect. My due date was 1 june I called and left a message she saw her mistake, but now I have to wait 5 days for my refund. I’m not happy about that. U-haul is lucky I didn’t get an overdraft charge or U-haul would be getting that bill 87031007 Fix the doors
harold pCustomer service was horrible, she indicated I returned the truck with less fuel than I originally rented it with. That’s BS, I have a s teen shot of the meter showing what I started with and what I ended with. Needless to say I will NEVER use uhaul again, nor recommend you Ever!
