Office personnel were extremely pleasant and helpful. They gave clear info on size of vehicle needed and rates/rules, etc. If I need a U-Haul in the future, this is definitely the place I will go. I only needed the truck for a two or three hours and the rate was very reasonable.

Sean TMade reservation for 930am but no one was in the office until 950am. Then online I declined the safe ride fee twice, but was still charged the added fee. Lastly the mileage used was wrong, I even took pics before we left and after I returned. I'll stick to renting from homedepot from now on.
