When I initially showed up approx. 25 min after the pickup time, the office was closed and the staff "at lunch". When I returned an hour later, the pickup was as expected.

Brian MOffice personnel were extremely pleasant and helpful. They gave clear info on size of vehicle needed and rates/rules, etc. If I need a U-Haul in the future, this is definitely the place I will go. I only needed the truck for a two or three hours and the rate was very reasonable.
