The location staff were great. A pleasure to deal with. I did have an issue with uhaul itself. I declined all insurance and safe tow but was still charged the extra after drop off. Not sure why they automatically add this, but i called uhaul customer service and they promptly refunded. Great customer service but the system should not automatically add things you decline on the reservation.

The first 2 locations I reserved a truck from did not work out. I scrambled at the last minute and called this location to confirm they had a truck I needed. Without a reservation, this location did an excellent job. The first 2 locations and the Customer Service support for my reservations was terrible.
