Robert SHave staff of location trained for the job. Luckily, there was someone there that knew what to do. Only had to put up with the first guy for a few minutes.
Erica PI was overcharged by $105. This includes not receiving a promised rebate, over charged by 11 miles, and charged for an extra day. Dave the district manager instead of apologizing and fixing the situation as needed has argued with me and denied the fact that I've been charged ridiculous amount of money. I have not seen any money return to my card nor have I been insured that I'm receiving the proper amount back. This is my second encounter with this location and both have been horrible. If you want your reservation canceled last minute or your money stolen go here if not go somewhere else.

Nathan SThey told me they would give me extra days for free since the trailer wasn’t at the location I requested, told me I could pick up anytime and there would be someone there to hook up the trailer for my wife. My wife went to pick up trailer, no one there knew how to hook up a trailer I had to walk them through over to he phone. The U-Haul personnel I talked to on the phone basically lied to me because they never put correct infor in computer

Linda PI asked for a documentation of return of the truck, clerk said I didn't need one. Was very reluctant to just hand over the keys to him but he gave me no choice. Clerk never went out to look at truck. I was charged for a overage of miles. Can't believe that but what can I do?

Debbralee K1. When a reservation is made over a month in advance, the vehicle should be made available at the agreed-upon pick-up spot, not 30 miles away. Should be compensated for this MAJOR inconvenience. I had to delay loading by almost 2 hours because of this. 2. The vehicle should be clean. I found it with huge lumps of caked-on, dried mud/manure. No attempts at cleaning were made. It made the cab smell disgusting. I had to spend my own time scrubbing it out before I could drive. 3. The tire monitor light was on, meaning that I'd have no way to know if one of my tires was at risk of a flat. These are basic things that should be taken care of. 4. The app and website are both terrible. The app doesn't even have a link to the live chat or other customer service number. The website is slow and often faulty when uploading photos regardless of how good my phone's service was. The link to add a driver did not work.
Natalie LHad some confusion regarding type of equipment and the pick up method. It wasn’t communicated to me that 24/7 was active but it was so I had to wait for the location to open. The lady that helped me at the location got it straightened out. She was a big help
THOMAS MI had a truck reservation for 2 weeks. Went to pick it up and they didn't have a truck for me. Movers were waiting and paid for but no truck,I had to ask a person that had a tiny truck reserved if I could use his for 2 hours so the mover that were waiting could do the bigger things I couldn't do. I finished my move with a pickup truck and a SUV .What has me so upset is UHaul charged me 60$ for that truck I used for 1.5 hours. I will continue to give bad reviews on every social media I can.
Shawn PThe only issue I have pertains to availability. When I booked, I confirmed pickup at 8am. The pickup point did not open until 9am…thus after making calls, I waited for 1 hour.
Mark BWas not happy about having to go so ridiculously far out of my way to pick up equipment that I reserved a month in advance. The clerk was pleasant, but had no knowledge about the equipment.
Audrey CThe cargo area was very clean, but the cab area was sticky all over the sides & front of the seats; adjusting them was just gross. Was also very upset about the distance I had to travel to pick up the equipment; 1 1/2 hrs from where needed.
Audrey CI had to drive 29 miles to get a truck because the local, one mile away didn't have one. My reservation was more than a week in advance. I was told o I would be able to return it local, on the day of pickup I was told I had to take it back to the pickup site. I was charged mileage both ways. The truck was dirty. A pop bottle was rolling around under my feet. We were told by traffic we had to pick it up earlier than our reservation because the program was not working. Another inconvenience.

Alison HUninformed, inexperienced personnel. Took step by step direction by phone. Information was complete & correct upon our arrival but agent deleted & put in all again. Time consuming & pick up unnecessarily lengthy. Contract time indicated was business opening time not actual completed pick up time. Verbal & written info did not match (amount of gas In tank, drop off time)

Roy PIn your 26 ft truck there was nowhere to tie any thing down to keep it from shifting need to put some in them other than that we loved it
SUSAN SI was disappointed that there was a uhaul rental within a mile of my home and I had to drive 20 miles to pick up the rental as none were available at the closest location. They did allow for extra miles, but it was inconvenient and took a great deal of time.
