The drivers door needs fixed on the uhal I rented I had to slam it hard to get it to close properly or it would tell me the door wasn't closed

Charged more for gas than was appropriate and charged for dolly and blankets that were never used. Seemed like this may happen a lot there and just hope nobody notices.
NICOLE BHorrible experience, truck was suppose to be picked up at 8:00 am. They told me on the phone that we couldn’t get truck until 9. They waited until the morning to inform me the truck wouldn’t be ready until nine. When 9 rolled around no employee to hand me keys. It took 45 minutes, even though all the paper work was filled out already. Worse experience error with U-Haul..
