They told me they would give me extra days for free since the trailer wasn't at the location I requested, told me I could pick up anytime and there would be someone there to hook up the trailer for my wife. My wife went to pick up trailer, no one there knew how to hook up a trailer I had to walk them through over to he phone. The U-Haul personnel I talked to on the phone basically lied to me because they never put correct infor in computer

Linda P.I asked for a documentation of return of the truck, clerk said I didn't need one. Was very reluctant to just hand over the keys to him but he gave me no choice. Clerk never went out to look at truck. I was charged for a overage of miles. Can't believe that but what can I do?
