Horrible experience, truck was suppose to be picked up at 8:00 am. They told me on the phone that we couldn’t get truck until 9. They waited until the morning to inform me the truck wouldn’t be ready until nine. When 9 rolled around no employee to hand me keys. It took 45 minutes, even though all the paper work was filled out already. Worse experience error with U-Haul..
