Michelle KThe first trailer i hooked up to had no license plate and i was told it was just returned. So your representative let it leave that way. When hooking up to the new trailer the chains where about 4’ long had to multi wrap around tounge. The rep never came out when picking up trailer or even come to look at the trailer when I returned. She never recorded that I returned the trailer so I had multiple calls from corporate asking me about the trailer. Out of multiple uhauls ive rented this is the worst experience ive had

Joe DThis location was the only location with the size of truck I wanted. But it was in the middle of nowhere where so it added onto the mileage needed to move unfortunately. When I live right beside another U-Haul dealer… the pricing went from $50-$200 for not even half a day rental.

MARIA SUhaul as a company is a complete disgrace at this point. They do not indicate where equipment is located when trying to reserve, yet they let you choose any type of equipment and any uhaul location. Then ONE DAY before your booking no matter how far in advance you reserve, you get a call to determine your true options for equipment and location. As a company who's entire business is rental equipment I cannot understand how you are still in business. You do not offer customers any sort of guaranteed experience and make no effort to give them the experience they have requested. I will never use Uhaul services again. I have used them multiple times and continue to have a poor experience every single time.

Jeff CMake sure all the lights on the trailers you rent to people work for the safety of your customers and other people on the road. Provide much better customer service when a loyal customer calls to make a complaint on how they where treated by U-Haul

BRIGITTE sTook 1/2 hr to book the trailer after I was there the day before requesting it, I was charged for insurance that I didn’t request. The trailer was dirty when I hooked up to it. Why is there always an issue with U-Haul?

David SLocation is convenient. Huge parking lot, so good access. 6 x 12 cargo trailer not always swept prior to pick up. 1 or 2 small lights out, but does not affect performance.

MICHAEL FBad experience. I rented the 6 ft x 12 foot trailer with ramps. When I got home I found the opening at the back was only 57” and my load was 62” wide. I took it back within the hour, and asked to be discounted. In stead I was charged for a full day. So I’m charged full price and couldn’t even complete my job because of it. That’s not great business!

Carter MLot was not plowed, I got stuck twice and had to have someone with a large pick up pull the trailer out for me. The trailer had a 2 foot snow bank infrastructure of it. The trailer was also full of snow and the attendant watched as I shoveled it out myself. There they expected me to back it back into the spot that I could not get it out of, and when I reused they told me I should not have taken the trailer in the first place. Overall the owner of this location was rude and uncooperative at best I will never rent there again.
CLIFFORD WThe staff looks like she doesn't know much knowledge about U-Haul policy. She promised me that everything is okay and they will email the return confirmation but nothing. I am not happy how my situation was not handle professionally.

DANIEL RThe truck was clean but the tires were not adequate for Canadian winter driving. There was a snowstorm and the all season tires made for a very treacherous drive. I was very dissatisfied.

ZACHARY EThe trailer was located in a parking lot, adjacent to the Convience Store/gas pumps. Was given the licence number for the unit, told to hookup and bring back so he could take a picture. Chains were very long and told they just had to be crossed, so they were put crossed over the tongue of the trailer to keep from dragging. Picture taken and on my way.

WILLIAM WOrdered a pick up truck and car trailer there and got a cube truck that had previous clients belongings in it and it was dirty. The guy who rented it out wanted us to clean it out before we left but I refused to clean up after someone else.
