Staff was very slow, did not come out and help hook up trailer. Trailer very badly needed a tire (shifted belt, trailer was shaking my vehicle extremely bad) informed staff and they didn’t seem to care.

Fill the massive potholes in the parking lot, ensure each trailer has a wiring harness that works, have staff that can connect the trailer or at least know which size ball is needed for the equipment being rented.
