At every U-Haul rental the trailer is installed and un-installed. As this was a third party company, I was on my own. I was told to install the trailer myself with no knowledge of the proper protocols or methods of proper and safe installation. I was simply told, after advising I did not know how to install the trailer myself, that everyone who comes here knows how to do it. Well. I guess not everyone. This is a practice that will someday harm someone and drag U-Haul in a lawsuit for failing to properly supervise the installation of a trailer. I would advocate, publicly, about not using U-Haul at this location.
