The staff needs to be more helpful and friendly. Waited almost a half hour for someone to help me hookup and then another half hour to unhook the trailer. Right signals on trailer didn't work

Ordered a pick up truck and car trailer there and got a cube truck that had previous clients belongings in it and it was dirty. The guy who rented it out wanted us to clean it out before we left but I refused to clean up after someone else.
Paul LGreat price, car hauler was easy to use and worked great. would be nice if it had an attachment point for a hand winch/come along.
BRIAN LClean out the trailer better, there was sawdust and debris left in it when I picked it up, along with tie downs in the trailer either being broken or missing. At least 2 of the marker lights didn't work
DOUGLAS WUsed for less than 48hours - charged for 72hours - did not get the $50 credit on my account for the hassle of driving 45 minutes out of my way each way to pick up trailer as original booking was changed by U-Haul ! Did not approve $24 insurance either as I have coverage on my own insurance and CAA coverage. Would appreciate my credit for the hassle and the $24 charge removed.
