1. Sales person should be trained. The person should know what the customer should be aware off. 2. Too many emails / Text to see and read. 3. Self checkout was disastrous, take photo link never worked, wasted over hour to get someone to help us take photos, had to call thrice, each time over 20 mins wait time and the last person I talked too was not even listening to the problem fully, half way that person stated giving solutions.Sanket S.

The only thing that I was upset about was the location I originally tried to book from was 6 miles closer that where I picked up from and @ 1.42 a mile .... But that has nothing to do with the location I picked up from.Paul B.
I would offer customers a broom to sweep out the sediment from the trailer bed if they choose to. It would of been the icing on the cake! Other than that, great experience with this location and will definitely rent and recommend again!Nicole C.

The person working at the very busy location was helpful especially when it came to folding the rented blankets. We had almost 100 of them and I was told we just dropped them off. This was not correct. The person working said I had to do it. I called the U-Haul 800 number and confirmed this with an agent and that agent's manager. This should be made very clear to anyone renting so there is no misunderstandings. Other than that the process went well and again I would like to highlight that the person at the location, although very busy, made time to assist with the task of folding the blankets. I was very thankful for the help.David L.

The location was out of the way for me to pick up the trailer I needed, however it was the closest open location that had it. Returning it to a much closer location would have been great. The attendant was friendly and I had the trailer I needed hooked up and was on the road in about 10 minutes.dan D.

I used to pick up the trailer at the Esso location in Renton which is 10 min from our shop having to drive all the way to Brantford is inconvenient and adds 1 1/2 hours on to job bring it back to rentonRay A.

The equipment (12x6' trailer) had over a foot of snow in it. The equipment is in an area where the ground snow is not cleared, making it very difficult to maneuver a two wheel drive pickup truck into place. Upon returning the trailer, not wanting to try and put a trailer in an area of deep snow. I unhooked the trailer in a cleared area of their property. The while gathering items to go in and complete the contract. A belligerent employee while not following Covid distance protocols, began to rant and rave in my face. Less than three feet away. Demanding I move the trailer into the snow covered lot. Since being disrespected by an employee, I decided just to leave the hostile environment he was creating. The hitch reciever know to tighten the trailer tongue onto vehicle hitch was frozen and could not be turned by hand. It had snow on it. And ice inside it. Had to drove home to get a pick to chip the ice away around the nut and tools to tighten it as it was rusted in place and still wouldnt turn. the trailer fell off the vehicle on king George rd before I could get it to where I had access to tools. I did not know the hitch worked this way and received no help from clerk or instruction.Peter H.

I was told I had the truck for 8 hours which is what I needed. When picking the truck around 2:30pm I was told I had to have it back at 8. I had to rush to get everything loaded and due to that some of my stuff was damaged from rushing. Very unimpressed and disappointingKAREN F.

You can ensure there is more then a quarter tank of gas in the vehicles so the customer doesn't have to get gas before they use the uhaul. The tank red a quarter on the paper but in fact it was below a quarterGLENNWILLIAM M.

One of the tires had a flat. This location noted it only after I pointed it out ahead of a 450mile drive from Toronto to Chicago, and said "call U Haul". I incurred $14 of additional expense keeping air in that tire from the day I rented this trailer till I returned it, not to mention reduced peace of mind due to the leak in the tire over the duration of the rental and a long drive. When I called it in within 5min of renting the trailer, safety and a top quality trailer were not a priority. Ordinarily, UHAul should have said - either we give you a new trailer or pls get it fixed at the nearest garage if you can and send us the bill for reimbursement. Top quality equipment and safety must come first. The customer service was excellent at pickup , on the phone at booking and lodging the complaint about the flat tire, and drop off. But UHaul policy ref the above left much to be desired. The trailer box was clean, the right size and lights etc worked.CHRISTOPHER S.

Wasted 3 hours running between locatins, as the booking was for a 6 x 12 open trailer, but when we went to pick up it was a cargo trailer. Had to rebook and then travel to other location to pick you the open trailer. Store clerk did not process transaction under CRS corporate account and took credit card details. Owner of CRS have to call corp. directly to clean up the mess caused by U-haul.Douglas J.

Trailer shutter door was not working in order. Got jammed solid during move costed more then 3 hours for nothing. Brake and turn signals never worked.
