Location is convenient. Huge parking lot, so good access. 6 x 12 cargo trailer not always swept prior to pick up. 1 or 2 small lights out, but does not affect performance.

Bad experience. I rented the 6 ft x 12 foot trailer with ramps. When I got home I found the opening at the back was only 57” and my load was 62” wide. I took it back within the hour, and asked to be discounted. In stead I was charged for a full day. So I’m charged full price and couldn’t even complete my job because of it. That’s not great business!

Lot was not plowed, I got stuck twice and had to have someone with a large pick up pull the trailer out for me. The trailer had a 2 foot snow bank infrastructure of it. The trailer was also full of snow and the attendant watched as I shoveled it out myself. There they expected me to back it back into the spot that I could not get it out of, and when I reused they told me I should not have taken the trailer in the first place. Overall the owner of this location was rude and uncooperative at best I will never rent there again.

The staff looks like she doesn't know much knowledge about U-Haul policy. She promised me that everything is okay and they will email the return confirmation but nothing. I am not happy how my situation was not handle professionally.

The truck was clean but the tires were not adequate for Canadian winter driving. There was a snowstorm and the all season tires made for a very treacherous drive. I was very dissatisfied.

The trailer was located in a parking lot, adjacent to the Convience Store/gas pumps. Was given the licence number for the unit, told to hookup and bring back so he could take a picture. Chains were very long and told they just had to be crossed, so they were put crossed over the tongue of the trailer to keep from dragging. Picture taken and on my way.

The staff needs to be more helpful and friendly. Waited almost a half hour for someone to help me hookup and then another half hour to unhook the trailer. Right signals on trailer didn't work

Ordered a pick up truck and car trailer there and got a cube truck that had previous clients belongings in it and it was dirty. The guy who rented it out wanted us to clean it out before we left but I refused to clean up after someone else.

Clean out the trailer better, there was sawdust and debris left in it when I picked it up, along with tie downs in the trailer either being broken or missing. At least 2 of the marker lights didn't work

Used for less than 48hours - charged for 72hours - did not get the $50 credit on my account for the hassle of driving 45 minutes out of my way each way to pick up trailer as original booking was changed by U-Haul ! Did not approve $24 insurance either as I have coverage on my own insurance and CAA coverage. Would appreciate my credit for the hassle and the $24 charge removed.

There should be signs to make people more aware of where the location is. More lighting too. People are dropping off equipment from all over the continent at all hours of the day.

The gentleman who was on site this morning was very professional from the start when I picked up till the time I dropped off. He made the few hiccups from the wrong date at the pre-booking meen nothing,which made bad to Very Good. Thank You for making this so very easy Darrell

The trailer was rented for a one way trip. The pick up location was planned for my home town. The day before the pick up I received the confirmation call, HOWEVER, was then notified that the new pickup location was 51 km from my home and the planned and desired location. I had to then return home to load before heading out. ESSENTIALLY, 102 km travelled to just pick up the trailer. There was the exact trailer at my preferred location, but uhaul only licenses specific trailers for one way. There was no alternative with the short notice given about the pick up location otherwise I would have cancelled. !!Bad practice!! I booked this trailer weeks in advance. Follow through on your commitments would improve this situation. 102 km away from chosen/expected/desired pick up location was infuriating. I was having trouble submitting this survey as this site wouldn't accept my responses to the questioneer as "not applicable". I had to change my responses to suit them. What's the point of this questioneer?

Was a bit surprised the trailers did not have tongue jacks on them. Bit difficult and awkward for an old guy to lift the tongue up to attach.

To speed the pick up process at the counter, U-Haul should re-program the pick-up location part of the app so that the customer does not have to repeat the information already entered at home. It is irritating to have to do this on site when it has already been done. It wastes both the customer's time and the attendant's time to be forced to go through this again.

Slow leak on one of the tires. It was flat after we finished loading. Tires were quite bald and we found a nail that had obviously been there for a while in the tire with the flat. Reinflated it and contacted the uhaul location we rented it from. They seemed disinterested both when we called and when we returned and seemed more than happy to let the next person deal with the same issue. But I guess this is how uhaul keeps prices low.

The yard is all mud. The trailer was fully of debris and leaves etc Even though I booked the trailer through the app it seemed like none of my information was on the system. My checkin too a long time because the attendant took preference with gas customers and took care of them before she "had the time" to deal with the uhaul reservation.

The engine light was on in the truck that I was given. It would’ve been nice to have a vehicle that had been fully serviced as the potential for the vehicle breaking down during my use was greater than it would’ve been had the engine light not been on.
