Maybe get the girl that called customer service a phone that works and teach her how to use the U-Haul computer system, even when customer service told her to charge me in town rate she couldn’t figure it out and was to busy helping customers for the gas station even though I was there first. I had to complete return on my phone and got charged the one way out of town rate even though I never left town because the vehicle I was using to tow trailer broke down!! Not impressed

The staff had no idea how to manage the uhauk system and couldn't do the return so I ended up walking out, dropping the keys and not getting money back from my deposit

Wigle BI have rented from this location o n several occasions and have had some difficulties every time. This location i staffed by one clerk who is also required to handle customers purchasing fuel and other items from he store as well as dealing with the U-Haul rentals. these circumstances result in significant delays to the client's seeking to rent equipment. They need better staffing. That being said, the young woman who assisted me was doing her best to accommodate the other customers as well as those of the U-Haul clients but his made both retail customers and the renters become very annoyed with the wait. In giving the poor rating I have for this rental I wish to make it clear that this was not the staff member's fault but rather the unreasonable demands she was facing. I believe that better staffing would address the problem. Turning to the equipment problem, I rented a car dolly and the passenger side ratchet for the tie-down strap was faulty and was very difficult to release. It either needed to be repaired as the ratchet teeth and the release cam were worn or needed lubrication as they were almost impossible to release without using tools. Better inspection of all dolly mechanisms should be done before a unit is offered for rental.

Liability, etc. But when I was having some issues getting it hitched she had no idea how to do it and the instruction stickers were worn and ripped and little help. I figured it out, but would not have wanted to be someone will no experience in this area. Having a laminated instruction sheet would be a good resource as the stickers on the trailer will likely never stay readable.

Dana LFirst the truck we originally booked was on the northside and then suddenly the truck wasnt available and so we had to go far south to get the Uhaul. Secondly, when I picked up the uhaul it was the most disgusting condition I have EVER seen a uhaul in. Coffee spilt everywhere, change all over the place, garbage and more garbage. Meanwhile the people inside of this location were standing around doing nothing and yet couldnt have been bothered to clean the thing.
PAACT TLocation was a bit congested with the gas pumps. Would benefit from having wheel chalks, had to find stones to block tires when unhooking.

On top of that, I was overcharged by $25. I returned the truck clean — I swept and mopped it — and I didn’t drive all the estimated kilometers, yet I was charged as if I had. Very poor service

raymond dthis was my worst uhaul rental in my life--and i have rented several times across canada-we booked the trailer about 3 weeks ahead of time i also went to the location and also ordered a tv box-the guy said no promblem-we got a message 2 days before our rental saying all is good--when i went to pick it up there was no tv box--ok i can live with that !!!--My order included 12 blankets but was told they don,t have any--really needed these to save my furniture and now to cover my tv--The strange part is they made me pay for the blankets they did,nt have because it was in the contract-i needed help hooking up the trailer but the guy would not help with any thing -this location is totally sick

Jerry TThe 4x8 trailer. Rented should be removed from service. It had no handle on the tongue & was brutal to handle without it. I usually have no problems with them. The door frame was sharp without a rubber edge and I hurt my head on it.

Originally booked it a week ahead they told me pick up location we agreed on then changed it on my way to pick up. Called to figure it out. They changed to another location. Also changed drop off location after I picked up trailer. So confusing.

David PThe connection from uhaul corp to the location was difficult because I had to call the company while in store and Robin said I should have booked the uhaul with the location rather than the corp site but I didn’t know that location wouldn’t honor my reservation because it was uhaul

But, the young lady helping me, although overwhelmed by having to run the gas bar/ convenience store and do the U Haul Rental side all by herself, did a great job and was very proffesional about it.
