The station attendant kept walking away from us during the check in to help other customers. As a result we were over 20 mins late in departure. I understand the gas station has customers, but we are a customer too.

Julius AThe unit should have been swept out before being rented. I prebooked moving blankets and was told when renting they had none so I had to go to another Uhaul location to rent blankets costing more charged kms. The girl at checkout was not very polite and hard to understand. Because this was a gas station I had to wait for her to serve other customers causing my pick up to take a half hour.
