Definitely went out of their way. I had a lot of questions I got a smaller truck the first night and was able to get a 20ft the next morning

Took a long time over 30 minutes
Brenda JConsidering your other location was closed for whatever reason. I was forced to go back here, where the lone girl worked very diligently at getting the gentlemen ahead of me done.
Jim BMy only issue with U-Haul is I was not advised that I needed a four prong plug-in for the lights. I have a new vehicle which has a seven plug receiver so I had to go buy an adaptor . U-Haul also sells one for $29. I think this should be something that is given with the trailer as an accessory .
Shane PUpgrading the portal. It was a busy last weekend of the month and the portal was very slow & crashed. I could not checkout at the time I returned the truck but I did eventually receive my final bill hours later.
