How U-Haul Reviews WorkThe service was great! Friendly staff that helped me. Made it easy to rent. I wouldn't change a thing.
MARK VService was excellent (unlike Jerry Potts location where they don't answer their phone or return messages). Only comment was the gas tank should have been filled when we picked it up (it was at 1/4 tank). Having a full tank makes it much easier when returning it.
Diana BStaff member was very helpful
David IBe mindful some of us move alone. Warn us in big letters that we might need a spotter to hitch the auto transport. Also your instructional video on the app wouldn’t work. She was very accommodating otherwise and kind
