Robbie was my contact at this location. He had to navigate both my stuff and help everyone who came through the doors with their service station concerns. He was stellar. Super nice to me and everyone else despite how hectic it could be. I've never used a UHAUL before and I almost want to again just because Robbie was so good. Thank you.

Maher BRental process is very time consuming. Even though it was booked online, nearly the whole process was repeated upon pickup. Agent did not leave the counter…I did all of the footwork running out to the truck for pics of odometer and gas on pickup and drop off. This should be unnecessary…paperwork should be waiting for me when booked in advance. Car rental agencies are much more efficient…will probably go that route next time.

I just got charged an extra day for delivering 30 min late, which to me its exaggerated, as I waited there for some time while the lady was busy with other customers, plus it took me time to park as I had a big truck and a trailer. anyway I think they should consider that when your doing a big move, times can vary with some many things to do. Plus if you can add the returning time in bigger and bold or capitals would be better, or send a text message as a reminder of the date and time for return, besides that everything really good
Emmanuel GIssues with the truck and when I pick up the vehicle it was empty of gas! Supposed to be left with at least one1/4 tank as per contract agreement.
vincent bI wish I could provide a name, but the woman who assisted us with the return and tried to help us sort out the mess that the pick-up location created was an angel. She was incredibly patient and understanding of our frustration, and made the return as smooth as possible.

OTI BThe 10' truck I had needs a serious overhaul. While driving it I felt like it was going to fall apart. It shook so bad. Needs an alignment or something. Was going to return it for a different one but we already had items in it.
Lisa MI couldn't pick up the truck at this location. No one was there to assist me at the tone of pick up. After trying to figure things out, I lost over an hour! It was a shit show!

Danny KUHaul office personnel get the actual km reading upon return of the van, before the customer leaves. I know I did not drive nearly double the km that I was charged for. Very disappointed with this !!!!

I used my debit card so she said she can’t put it back on my debit card.She said she doesn’t have enough cash on hand also. Now I have to wait about a week for my money she said.

Ronald MYour truck consumed 23 minutes tog my time. The key would not turn to start the truck something terribly wrong . Exelent once it started . Please make sure your equipment is functional.there is Lot of pressure when your moving .
John Salthough there were delays at the time of pick up of the unit it was a result of the system itself being very slow to respond.

Kathleen PI rented a cargo trailer which I rented appeared not to have been washed for several years…!!! The inside was clean but extremely dirty on the outside. The customer service was excellent, both at the pick up and then as well at the drop off. Thanks to those fellows…!!!
Will TThe young gentleman working at the pick-up location was amazing. I arrived around 10:30pm while he was cleaning up to close. I’d had a challenging day and running about 10 hours behind where I’d expected. He brewed a pot of coffee and let me charge my dead phone for a few minutes while we sorted out the paperwork - I couldn’t thank him enough for doing those things that evening.
Bryan BThere was something wrong with the ignition. It was a process to get the vehicle started. The sales person knew there was a problem with it. We didn't turn off the vehicle in case we could not get it started again.

Elizabeth NInspect the vehicle with the customer pre-trip. The staff need to communicate between each other so they aren't giving different charges.
Robert WWhen picking up the U-Haul I was told to wait as other costumers paid at the gas station. Once the attendant was done servicing other costumers it took her around 15 minutes to give us the keys. When we returned the truck (to the same location) the guy working was helpful and nice, but the first person was slow and unhelpful.
