The trailer had old plywood in it and floor was covered in sand/ dirt. If you're going to charge cleaning fees, make sure the units are clean for next customer. But, the young lady helping me, although overwhelmed by having to run the gas bar/ convenience store and do the U Haul Rental side all by herself, did a great job and was very proffesional about it.

The truck handled well, though the transmission was a little tricky. I had reserved a dozen moving blankets. Instead, I was given four in an open bag. We made do, but I paid for twelve. Also, the inside of the cab was muddy, and I had to sweep it out before starting my move. I didn't notice until after I completed the pick-up steps via the app. The staff person on site was very nice. I just wish I'd noticed the state of the cab and the lack of blankets before I drove away.

I would like to see full tank of gas! It’s hard to estimate a half of tank compared to a full tank. When you bring the UHaul back. People I know who have used the service state the same thing.

When I returned the uhaul I was charged an extra $21 then she said she had to refund me back the $21 and that uhaul owed me $27 HOWEVER I had argue with the clerk for almost an hour because she didn’t think she had to also give back my deposit and tried to say I owed that amount on my bill which would clearly be outrageous, only after having to go into all my original emails from uhaul and proving I had paid more than my rental amount and her looking at this that and the other was I able to finally be reimbursed the correct amount of $127. My question is how many people don’t question it and get screwed outta their money?

Original rental location and vehicle that was booked was not available for my move day. (Jerry Potts Blvd w) was redirected to the mayor marathon location. There was on of the requested vehicles there, but they did not have any of the additional items I requested such as moving blankets, trolleys etc. Had to make due with my own equipment to move household and boxes from storage to home.

The lady working here was polite and professional. When asking for deposit back, she asked how I paid (cash). She informed me it had to be mailed by cheque which I was unaware as I was not informed during pickup at the Coldshot location. She said she wished other locations would inform the customer. She took my new address and said it should take a week, but to check back if not. Very polite lady.

Made the reservation five days previous to rental the trailer the wrong trailer was booked for me. Between waiting for gas station customers and to get the trailer swapped over to the one I wanted 45 minutes went by.

I picked up the uhaul it was not the same Quote as Initially given. Made No sense. Then I had to leave my car take the Truck to a different location to pick up the Dolly. No one there to Spot me to hook up the trailer in a high traffic area. Took me 45 minutes. Get back w the dolly the location has not trained the staff on how to load the car on the dolly. Myself and the employee did figure it out however. We watched a video. Both employees were not at fault as they were running a store and gas station. Very Unsafe. Then Im told to drop the truck off 45 minutes away when I did the calling and was able to find a location 5 minutes away. Fortunately I know how to do these things but still done best w/ a spotter and guidance for Safety Purposes. Ive moved a lot in the last 5 yrs and I am very disappointed. Not many people can take a day off work to help someone move in this instance I will be in touch in assumption uhaul will give me some kind of reimburment based on the amount of work I did on their behalf! Get all the facts before renting a Uhaul!

Drop off guy was nice and answered our questions. He asked how the unit was and we said good other than the lights not working for the last two ours (as soon as it went dark and our truck lights turned on). It was very quick and efficient.

Passenger side tire only had 15 lbs of air in it. After it was loaded I noticed it was low and had to stop and fill it up. After that the tire was fine to complete the move and stayed up the entire time I had it. The people at this location were very friendly and that is why I would rent from them again.

I rented a U-Haul to help my daughter move because she was in and out of emergency with my grand daughter (11 months). Her new hose was in the same subdivision and a few blocks away from her other place. We made two or three trip trips between the houses. The odometer reading on the receipt was just over 4km . When we returned the truck we had to put $20.00 in. We feel $20 for 4km is incorrect but paid it anyway because we had a grand baby to take care of! Unfortunately , We won’t likely be using u haul again.

Great work by the two women working in explaining the processes and accepting my trailer. I will never understand why I can be prorated an amount if I brought it back four days early. That’s just bad business.

When I picked up the trailer the trailer lights plug wouldn’t reach my truck, so I had to purchase an extension & the wire for the running lights was broke right at the sealed plug so I had to cut the wire & do a country fix on the side of the road. Other than that it was good

I had to use the Uhaul truck and drive it over to the west side to pick up the car trailer that I was asked by Uhaul to take with me to BC, when the car trailer was supposed to be at the same location where the truck was. Their was supposed to be a furniture dolly ready to go of which was not, and when I asked at the west side location I was told it should of been at the pick up location. End result, I never received one. The car trailer was in the very back of the yard of which I had to manevour around other things to get it out. Then I got the truck and trailer to the moving location and when I opened the back up, it was filthy and dirty. Then I checked the fluids under the hood(oil, transmission,ect) the oil was barely on the dipstick, I had to purchase and fill the oil. The A/C stopped working about half way to destination.
