Location was poorly organized and rude, I had ordered the truck and pads a month in advance. I had even dropped in the day prior to picking up the truck to ensure all was organized, only to be told they could do nothing till the day of pickup and that all would be well. On the day of pickup there were no moving pads with the rental, and told I should just take the truck without pads as there was nothing they could do..took over 2 hours to finally get the promised pads and truck.I had even had to call UHaul customer service which also not helpful as the only one that was able to fix the problem was unavailable. I have rented 100's of trucks and have never been treated with such disrespect. Steer clear of this location if you want your move to go smoothly. This location could not even give a printed copy of a receipt as there was no ink in the printer, total Mickey Mouse operation. There incompetence put my whole move into Jeopardy.Wendy H.

Could not check engine oil, dipstick designed not too come out ? Picked up with 3/4 tank of fuel and brought back with the same amount, i think U-haul should specify each vehicle to be full of fuel and brought back full of fuel. I needed to refuel before i even arrived at destination.Robert G.

Considering I booked it over the phone and gave all the information, the fact I had to redo it all again when I picked up was a waste of time. The computer was extremely slow, it took a lot longer than it needed to be. Also, the fact some things are in kilometres and some are in miles is extremely confusing. Other than that, the gentleman looking after me was friendly and did apologize several times for the computer being so slow. (The computers seemed to be like this at all locations)MEREDITHM J.
This location for a uhaul is amazing, they saved me the day I had to move my son because Kingston uhaul messed up the pick up time bad. I called Petro Canada because my sister noticed they offered uhaul service. I had one booked within 2 hours. I highly recommend this company for uhaul. Thank you Petro Canada!!!TRISHAM H.
The 24/7 share program has no personal interface. My truck location was changed at the last minute but i did get the information that I needed. I thought I had to overpay as all i wanted was a 19.95 truck and ended up with a 15 foot 142 truck. I was told the 19.95 is only for in town. Overall everything worked out.Mike S.
