Our drop off was ridiculous. Going thru the vehicle, checking to see if the signal lights were working, and then the dude shit the vehicle door and locked the keys in the truck. We found him very rude and kept leaving us for customers in the store. We went into the store and he was on the phone with his boss and was even more rude, shushing us and pointing his finger at us. This man didn’t know what he was doing and seemed like he was trying to blame me for him locking the keys in the truck. Wasn’t speaking any english on the phone about his predicament. We were there 15-20 minutes putting up with rudeness. We finally walked out. I will never use this particular place for uhaul rental again.
