SOPHIA FThe location was easy to get to and access - Phelan Propane. It was somewhat easy to make the appointment but I do not like talking with the general number folks and not to the actual dealer. The folks who assisted me at Phelan Propane were excellent, probably the best service I have had even from an Haul authorized store. I realize that U-Haul calls go to a general number and nearly all of those folks have no clue to the area one is discussing on the telephone.

SAMANTHA CThe only thing I was disappointed with this rental was the inside was filthy and it was left with no fuel. I will say u-haul did make things right because I did see a fuel adjustment on my final receipt. Overall, I am very satisfied with the rental transaction and do recommend U-Haul to anyone I know. I do want to add that the staff at Phelan Propane were kind a very helpful.

CURNELIUS KBetter security for the equipment is recommended. Truck had the gas siphoned out at the U-haul facility the night prior to pickup.
