Cashier didn't know what she was doing. No jack to take trailer off the truck. No one inspected the trailer.

Did not have dolly that I paid for and did not get reimbursed. Took forever to get keys even though I did my check in online. Person didn’t know what to do and couldn’t get owners on the phone.
