The paperwork showed gas was full but it was at 3/4 I took a picture and sent it through the app and I’m being charged for the difference when I put more gas in there than what I started with

When I dropped off the vehicle the drop off location charged me a 20.00 fee for “ After hours drop off fee”. I dropped it off at 1230 in the afternoon on a wednesday at a gas station convenience store that was open for business. So I think this fee is a load of crap. I will be renting from Enterprise in the future.
Keith NI had a reservation for 9 am, the attendant could not figure out how to upload my license and o waited 2 + hours before I got a truck, he had to call a District Manager for help, then the truck he gave me wasn't drivable and so I had to be switched to another truck, I hired movers through Uhaul and they sat and waited almost 2 hours for uhaul to figure out how to get me a truck, I ended up having to pay more for the mivers than planned because the attendant couldn't get me the truck on time.
