Well when they break down I need a jump I would answer my phone truck set for three days I will send another truck do you leave your wallet inside the truck you expect to be there and be able to get your own personal stuff out of the truck I would not lie and say that the gas was not in the truck when it was I would not lie on the mileage which they did and I would not charge people for insurance if they did not want it so overall I think your business should move from that location

Yes, recommend, IF their personnel and UHAUL straighten out my account/debit card charges NOW! Mileage was misreported and was originally charged $1400, then mileage was corrected, and $300 applied, okay. But $1400 charge still showing! Fix now, Wed, March 4!!!

The truck was dirty and smelled like pets. The lights in the cab and cargo area didn't work. And the cargo was full of garbage when I picked it up. Phillips charged me alot more than the online price. I will not be a repeat customer.

Great to work with explained that it was policy to charge as the company did in Richmond. Not good for a person that used it less than six hours.

The staff was very concerned about why the place where I picked up the Uhaul had not serviced and made us wait a 1 1/2 past my pick up time.they noted all the descrepencies and quickly tagged the truck out so it could be fixed. they stated how sorry they were for our expierence and suggested we call the uhual company directly and they would make things right for our bad expierence. I hope I hear from someone that understands that when your moving like we were and had all our worldy posessions aboard. You want to arrive safe and sound. You should have not have to spend 661 miles praying that the next turn or stop will not be your last before something bad happens.

I was told and given this number 800-628-1314, told if I saw a uhaul company closer to the one "HE" choose by the list to call this number and let them know the new location of return which I did and the woman was not very nice and would not help me.
