When I arrived at the pick up location to check in, there was no vehicle to pick up. I had to call and make other arrangements to pick up a vehicle an hour and a half away. I had great service from all representatIves but I feel like I was overcharged for all the hassle I had to go through. I had to drive an hour and a half out of the way to pick up the truck and was not reimbursed or given credit for the mileage.
