Have the correct size of truck that was requested. We reserved a 17 footer and got a 15 footer. That means I had to leave several items out That I have to go back and get. Also, the Gentleman at The Wittensville U-Haul said my reservation was not on his docket from you when I called about a day and time to pick up. That means if I hadn’t called, I may not have been able to get any truck. You need to improve communications and your business and be sure you can Fulfill the reservation.
