Needed to pick up at 8 am, they didn't prepare the truck the night before so I could pick it up early. So I had to push my entire interstate move back by nearly 2 hours which messed up the entire process. The worker said the dispatch never called or informed them, but I had a confirmation from uhaul that I would be able to pick up at 8amBrian E.

Do not use a old truck for long distance. It can break down which it did. Also use safety inspectors after service or repairs. The radiator hose fell off leaving me stranded for a while.wiper blade fell off. lights was too dim to see the road or dashboard. Entry door difficult to open and the gas gauge broke, stuck on E after fill up. Suspension was damaged.OVRIL S.

The truck was filthy. My husband had to leaf blow the cab and back because there was so much crap inside it. The windows were so dirty he had to scrub them too.The trucks transmission was messed up and the window made a whistling sound the whole ride. All the tires were low, had to make a trip to another uhaul to get filled. Back tires had little to know tread on them and the windshield wiper fluid was low. Totally unpleasant experience. I am very upset about this experience. I scheduled a pickup for 9:30 with the truck share and when I arrived and clicked pick up my truck it told me to wait untill the location opened at 10:30. Wear a mask when interacting with customers. I was not aware of a â€œcleaning feeâ€ but okay... make sure you don't have the option to rent one of your vehicles before 9:30am. I arrived at 8am to pick up the truck and learned once I checked in online that I had to wait until 9:30am when the store opened to get the keys to the truck.COLEALFRED L.

Considering the pandemic we all are facing, these people had no masks. The guy just pretended to disinfect the driver side door handle and stirring wheel using disinfectant wipes without even wearing gloves. No use. Had not clean the vehicle. There was a water bottle on the driver side door. Had not swept the truck. when we went to return the non of the employees were wearing masks. Seems like they dont care. This is not a good impression on U-haul. I have used U-HAUL in florida and they were superb and very professional. Disappointed with the service at this location.Chamila G.

Great & reliable service. For customers returning late & utilizing the website to return the truck. I recommend bringing a flash light. could be helpful. Everything went great with my rental experience. However I was so busy moving all day & didn't realize that I would need a flashlight to take pictures of the truck, confirming its condition. My phone camera had no flash due to low battery charge. Luckily my wife was prepared & it all went well.CONANJ M.

The only complaint is that it took several phone calls after 9:30 when they opened to confirm the van I needed to rent was actually there. Otherwise once I finally received confirmation, after the third call, and once I arrived it went smoothly. There was even parking for my car while using the van.Heidi H.

The trailer was a bit over kill for one motorcycle if U-Haul had a motorcycle trailer that was a bit shorter and lighter I would be thrilled. Over all my experience was pleasant and I will be renting trailers from U-Haul again in the future.Andrew S.

We ordered a 10' truck. When we got there, there was none in sight so we had to switch to a van. It worked out, but we reserved a truck so that is what we were expecting. Also, our trip was 18 miles there, 20 miles back. The guy seemed confused when he looked at the mileage on the paper while comparing it to the mileage on the car and I believe we were overcharged for mileage because we were charged much more than I was expecting. I should have also checked to see if the mileage matched.Candace H.
The location was excellent. UHaul as a company however was extremely disappointing. The app did not work for the truck share pickup and no one ever answered my â€œlive chatâ€ questions during the process.
