Had difficulty getting the van in the first place after a bunch of schedule issues getting The van wasn't very clean when I rented it look like some one had spit chew in driver's side door I ended up Arriving at the drop off location an hour late Only realize taxis were not running I asked sonny the representative there if I could have it for one more night he gave me a hard about delivering it late said that me not being able to get home wasn't his problem and basically he wasn't helping me with anything he took the van back I walked 8.5 miles home ........JOSEPH M.

I buy estates on a regular basis and frequently need to rent a truck to haul everything. I have been using Penske in the past because they're near my business. Someone recommended the Pick N Go #1 U-Haul, because they thought I was paying too much at Penske. They were right. I'll use this U-Haul from now on.RICHARD M.

The cashier was new and very rude about her own knowledge on her job details. I did not like the fact that she took it out on me and told me to leave after asking me if I took a picture of the gas I have never in all the times I have used this location felt so upset in all my days. I had to call the police for my own protection bcuz the cashier was irate!!!!!! Very disappointedAshley C.

The manager for the region was informed that picking up the truck at one location and the trailer at another location was problematic one week prior to the scheduled rental. Nothing was done. The one location refused to pick up the trailer forcing me to get the truck and then go get the trailer at another location. Would not use this particular location again.Tom R.

Drop off location was basically just a parking lot; so be sure you are prepared to use the App for your drop-off. A pic of the dashboard and interior of vehicle is required, as well as your geo location. Thankfully, my daughter was picking me up on location, and available to assist me with completing the App/dropping the key.Denise H.
The vehicle type we reserved was not available for us and we had no option but to take a different truck. The truck was dirty and reeked of tobacco. We used our own hand sanitizer as there was no evidence that the truck had been sanitized.JOHNW M.

The clerk was very obnoxious, and did not explain me anything about the rental. He circled the fuel level and the cost and "threw" me the papers, said " sign here". then he took one copy and handed me the key. So I asked him lets go verify the fuel level at least to make sure it matches whats on the paper. Once outside, he did not even inspect the truck, he was just rushing to run back behind his register. So I mentioned one tiny scratch on the side of the truck to capture his full attention and he told me not to worry about it. I still took photos of around the truck and left.NGUESSAN B.

I ordered 2 dozen furniture covers to be rented with the truck online. No one informed me that they didnt have them. I had called to confirm they got my truck rental request a few days before and they didnt say anything was wrong. Then I called the afternoon before just to confirm everything and I mentioned the furniture cover rental and they said they noticed that request but they only had 6 there! Why didnt they call me when they â€œnoticedâ€ that? I had to scramble to go find another rental of the covers from another Uhaul dealer at the last minute. So glad I called!Robin M.

Did not say there was a drop off time I got charged 40.00 extra on drop off. I called your 800 number to resolve this . You sent me to drop off place which they referred me to pick up place and they referred me back to youERNEST K.
U-Haul changed the pick-up location and sent e-mail, which we could not access in time (we were biking in places with no cell coverage) so when we arrived at the location we reserved for the pick-up, our rental was not available. The other location was a few miles away and closed at the scheduled pick up time, so even if we could bike there, it was impossible to get the rental, which is why we did not choose to reserve at this location. Pick and Go eventually got us another truck, but it was a serious foul-up by U-Haul not properly reserving vehicles.FREDERICKCHARLES W.

Though a little time was required at check-in for the system to load/process the reservation, everything was handled very professionally. Recommendations were made to address my needs and be the most cost-effective for me. My plans changed, but my reservation was moved up one day flawlessly - there were no problems! The owner of the store said needed to sweep the back of the truck out. You can see how long i had the truck less then an hour. I moved a couch and chair. Nothing i moved was dirty and he expected me to clean his truck out. Never will i rent from pick and go in cumberlandJacob C.
