Velvet ETerrible experience, the van was filthy, smelled of a wet dog. The AC was broken, knob was ripped off. The driver side window roll down lever was also broken. I have pictured to show this. While the representative at the store was kind he was unable to do anything and I ended up being charged twice as much as I was told it would be and the only excuse was “uhaul has made some changes and it’s been frustrating for us too”. Between the junk van and being charged double I can’t think of it being much worse.
