The customer service is terrible in that place, the manager questioned me about the use he would make of the UHaul vehicle, I explained that it was an emergency to move a motorcycle, and that I needed a small VAN... the individual began to question me and has asked personal questions about my motorcycle, then he wanted to give me a remote price and 100 dollars more expensive than what I was seeing online, the attitude was very uncomfortable, and when I told him that the whole process would do it in the app, He automatically reduced the price from 250 to 117 plus taxes... honestly this place would not use it again and should do an audit on this person and the attention he gives to customers.
