Worst 1 time experience put off to help other customers who came after me overcharged and wiped my last 20 bucks to my name and dinner money for my child for 5 bucks of gas after taking cash I used 8 miles and charge me 9 bucks but took my last 20 bucks left me 0.00 on my card and then proceeded to tell me ill just have to wait very rude ill never used them ever and now im owned over 90 bucks that they took right away but I have to wait to get back the funds owned to me cause I didnt need all of the time I was charged
LINSEY MDidn't even give me time to get ready hopped into truck while I was parking. Charged my card extra for miles before he told me he would charge extra. . 138 to be exact. Will never use again .

ROMAL SThey Told me that I was unable to rent the equipment that I signed up for and upsold me a 10’ truck for .20 cent more per mile stating that uhaul was extremely picky about renting vans and even though they had 3 vans sitting in the lot they just couldn’t rent one to me. Location did not take cash, would’ve been great if uhaul themselves had these expectations listed in the main rental sight about the location….

PAUL Bhave a vehicle in the location that the customer requests. I had to pay an extra 20 miles didn't have a vehicle available at the location that I requested. I made the reservation 2 weeks in advance.
ALICE SHold down straps were cut short and unusable I had to purchase ratchet strap to complete my trip stoping many time to confirm there were no problems
RODNEY SI rented the trailer to tow a vehicle. While towing the trailer brakes caught fire. I left the trailer with the tow company as it was unsafe to operate.

STEVEN MOwner of the gas station was rude and could care less about the condition I found the truck in. The truck was dirty, things were left from the previous renter and the driver used seatbelt did NOT work. The gas level was no recorded correctly. We’re running a full service gas station and trying to check me out on their phone on the app. The process took 25 minutes.Not a good experience. I won’t return.
PAMELA BWanted a 20 ft truck when I got there with the reservation only thing available was a 26 ft. They were nice enough to let me have it at the 20 ft rate. Have to say I’ve driven a lot of trucks over the years but never one that rode as rough as this one, luckily I had some Aleve to ease the pain. I could feel every bump in the road, very tiresome throughout the trip. The description on the side of the truck said - Gentle Riding Van. I say BS. Probably use a different rental next time.
PAUL CThe van was dirty on inside, had to mop floor before using. Outside of van was dirty. We cleaned it up best we could.
DAVID SThe trailer was not clean. The website would not allow me to upload pictures of the dirty trailer and I had to click yes that it was clean when it wasn’t. I was charged for 2 days when I only needed one and was informed that the price was a flat rate.

DAVID PThis location was a convenience Store, gas station, and a U Haul place with only 1 person doing it all. The billing was messed up, the fuel tank was not full as they stated in the contract....I have pictures to prove it. Not a good experience other than the truck was clean. Otherwise I would have rated as poor.
MICHAEL RThe moment we pulled in to return the U-Haul, a man came out to assist us. He tried to complete payment on his end, asked for my debit card, and started taking photos of my card. I told him multiple times I did not consent to him doing that and he kept saying “you don’t understand it’s for my boss.” He only got a photo of the front of my card with no information on it. And did not get a photo of the card number. I took my card back out of his hands. I ended up calling customer service to complete the return.
Jett SReserved a 26' truck over a month in advance. When I picked up the truck, it wouldn't start. There was another 26' truck sitting right beside it, but was told I could not have it because it was a local truck. Was offered a 20' truck instead. What choice did I have at that point? I had to move my daughter the next day and was unable to get everything in the 20' truck causing a major issue for me. You would think the trucks would be checked out prior to the arrival of a customer...... and then the check engine light came on half way during the road trip on the 20' truck. UHaul needs to service their trucks better.

GEORGE MIt is a full service gas station as well as UHaul provider. We had to wait until person was free.
james gI explained to the agent at this location after talking with the online customer support that I "SHOULD NOT BE CHARGED" an additional day. The agent at this location was too busy to check in my return. Later I received and email stating I was being charged and additional day.
Jeffrey HPick up and return were handled by 2 different agents and both were absolutely s great. Very helpful and attentive . They couldn't have been more helpful. A pleasant experience. Thank you.

bryan pIn the end… The guy did what he could. But the engine light was on, we had to wait an hour to get our UHaul cause he had gas pump customers and other UHaul customers. We felt like we were a problem to him.

DELL WAbsurd over charge for gas when it didn't need to. It was at 1/4, right where we picked it up at! Not happy with uhaul policies. 10 emails! Constant changes. Many phone calls. Very unorganized & not customer friendly at all

Lexus KUnfortunately sometime during my trip the right turn signal quit working ( I told the attendant during the return ) but there is really no way to precent this unfortunate event - otherwise the rental was A-OK.

Amy Kwas told that gas would only be like $5 if it wasn’t to the level i got it. i brought it back slightly under and ended up being charged $50 some dollars to fill the damn thing whenever it only had a quarter tank to begin with. very disappointing
