I was unhappy at first that I couldn't pick up my truck in a different location that we had selected. When U-Haul customer service called and asked if I would be willing to pick up the truck at the Piggly Wiggly grocery store in Belleville, WI, I was skeptical. However, the two managers I dealt with for pick up and drop off were fantastic. The location was great. When I learned that they were fairly new at managing U-Haul rentals, I was shocked. They were so professional, kind, and extremely helpful. The process was easy. The link to upload photos was easy to use. The truck was gassed up and clean. Returning the truck was just as easy and pleasant. Again, the different manager for check in was so courteous and friendly. We will definitely use this location again and will recommend it to our friends and family! The experience was great! Thank you!
