The person helping me was nice enough, but there wasn’t really any clear indicators that this was a U-Haul facility outside of a truck in the parking lot. The system was down so it double charged my card. I think one is gonna drop off because it’s still showing as pending, but it probably took about 30 minutes to get the truck and this is after I had already been to the wrong place because I wasn’t notified due to the email issue that was happening over the weekend that my location for pick up had changed so overall it was just really frustrating and I hope to never have to rent again.
