My mattress got dirty because the truck was dirty.MARGIE D.
I went to get truck at 7:30 am, key wasn't in the assigned lock box and blankets weren't in truck, I had to wait until they opened at 9. No excuse for this.Steven T.

refund money back to the customer when UHAUL is RETURNED 2 days early!!!! Its sad you dont get any money back. It would be rerented the same day & thats dbl money on the same. Plus with gas prices at the prices Uhaul was a good bit. It would be a blessing when our credit care would be credited or check for a refund in the mail would be a blessingDEWEY J.

Three hall lights inoperative adjacent to unit E093. Never understood which timer switch turned on lights in my corridor. Manager provided magnet flashlights which helped. Good overall experience. HR for DHDUB H. | Overall Experience

Staff was very polite- explained about broken A/C - where he called his supervisor to alert her and noted that truck was rented out the very next morning. Her response as she was on speakerphone, â€œWell, we're supposed to be getting a cool front so it shouldn't be that bad.â€ To say I was offended by her lack of compassion for the customers she is hired to serve, as well as my son and husband's well being after packing and loading the truck for hours then driving 1 1/2 Hr's to our location in 90 degree temperatures is unfathomable!!! AND THAT IS YOUR RESPONSE???? And your the supervisor??? Againâ€¦. WE PAID FOR THIS SERVICE!! U-HAUL- we've used you thru out our 35+yrs of marriage but I'm not so sure you'll be our first choice again.PEDRO E.

Awesome experience! Customer service is great. I moved the day before the storm and the ladies was so nice and they knew i would have trouble finding gas to refill the uhaual so they informed me to don't worry about it. I will definitely used this location again and recommend it to others.David L.

There was no jack stand with the trailer, making it difficult and dangerous to manually lift trailer by the tongue. In the past there was a pivoting jack stand attached to the tongue.Daryl C.

Engine light and back storaging lights were on. Would've made me feel more at ease without maintenance lights. Also a reminder to refill gas, in the cab driver side would compliment the optimal gas mileage meter. Thanks a lotJaron M.

The office area and trucks are spotless. The truck has a 2 wheel Dolly and a set of moving blankets in a clean bag in the back. If you are in a jam just break the seal, use the quipment and report it. Competitive pricing. Very well thoughout. Great job.BRUCE K.

Personable service. Only location in my entire area willing to rent a trailer on Memorial Day. They were very flexible when I needed to extend my rental period. I will always rent from Pilgrim and Stacey. I would recommend friends.DON S.

The truck was not clean, you charged me a fee for something it was not my fault. Got charged a $20 fee for dropping the truck off 10 hours earlier. I have never been charged a fee for after hours drop off when the truck was there before the scheduled time.BRETT H.

The rep that was helping me was awesome. Miss Stacy was an absolute joy and pleasure to work with. She walked me thru the u-haul process. Best customer service I have had in a long time. She was patient with me because it was my first time ever using U-haul. It was just what I needed due to the fact my house flooded and I needed to move my belongings that didn't get wet. It took 30 minutes for me to get my rental due to the app not working right and you have a set time that you have to get the equipment back on time. But I guess that's technology. The lady who was working was very nice.Renada H.

We picked up the vehicle with the 1/2 tank of gas and they made me to sign the document stating they fill the gas almost to the full. When we return the vehicle with the same amount of gas we picked up they charged additional amount without any explanation. The vehicle was dirty and had cigarettes left in the vehicle. So all the time I had to smell the smock and I'm not smoking person. I would not recommend this location.Tatiana Y.
