I can't imagine anything needing improvement. Stacy has always been so professional and kind. Stacy goes above and beyond to help get the best for your money. She's very knowledgeable about her storage rooms and her U-Haul dimensions. Another pleasant, knowledgeable employee is Joel. He also has been very helpful and patient. Thank you Stacy and Joel. Qudos to Pilgrim Storage. Oh, I forgot, these two individuals run the postage services for the customers and post office. 🩷💙🌺✌🏼😃

Stacey was very professional, knowledgeable, kind and helpful during my drop-off. The drive from Cary, NC to Baton Rouge, LA was very stressful due to packers in Cary and inclement weather. Stacey welcomed me with open arms as if I were a family member and a delicious slice of King's Cake!!! UHaul is most fortunate to have Stacey as a part of your company. The vehicle should be regularly maintained - cleaned inside and out, not smelling of cigarette smoke or covered in mud, and the breaks should replaced and someone needs to take it to the mechanic because the check engine light was on when I got the truck. The inside was so disgusting I felt gross just sitting in it.

The U-Haul Didn’t Have An Easy Access Load Ramp & it was difficult to load the U-Haul and I didn’t receive a credit for lack of access to equipment after the location was changed and I was charged for additional mileage to get the U-haul from another location other than originally scheduled at booking it was changed for that reason and still didn’t have All the equipment necessary that was needed.

I recently rented a U-Haul from your Airline Highway location in Baton Rouge, and I wanted to share my incredibly positive experience. From the moment I walked in, I was impressed with the clean and organized office. Joel, the representative who assisted me, was outstanding. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and made the entire rental process a breeze. As a first-time U-Haul renter, I had a lot of questions, and Joel patiently answered every one, making sure I felt comfortable and confident with the rental. His excellent customer service and the overall positive experience have definitely made me a U-Haul customer for life! I also appreciated the information about the additional services offered, like mail and storage – it's great to know there are so many convenient options available at this location. Thank you, Joel and Pilgrim Storage Center, for making my move so much easier!

The manager at this location was very cooperative and very accommodating. I highly recommend that location also. Again, I do not recommend the Gus young location. I suggested y’all have a sit down meeting with him. I’m available for a phone call if you would like to discuss my experience.

The gas level was below half but I was told to return it above half. I feel I should have been able to return the truck with the same amount of gas. Along with the other extra fees, I feel I saved no money and got more headache by using Uhaul. Additionally, because there were no trucks near my home, I had to pick one up in baton rouge. I incurred an extra mileage fee due to this. I was not informed of this.

JOEL WAS THE BEST REP THAT I HAVE EVER DEALT WITH AT U-HAU, FAST, FRIENDLY, EFFICIENT, THROUGH THE WHOLE LAST 2 WEEKS I RENTED TWICE FIRST A AUTO TRANSPORT AND SECOND A 15' TRUCK. BOTH EXPERIENCES WERE AMAZING. THE 15' TRUCK WAS IN THE SHOP SO I WAS GOING TO HAVE TO GET THE 26' TRUCK IT JUST SO HAPPENS ABOUT 2 HOURS BEFORE I WAS SUPPOSE TO PICK UP THE EQUIPMENT THEY GOT THE 15' TRUCK BACK AND JOEL CALLED ME TO LET ME KNOW IF I WANTED TO SWITCH MY RESERVATION. HE FOR SURE WAS FIRST CLASS ALL THE WAY ABSOLUTLY WOULD RECOMMEND THE LOCATION AND JOEL IF YOU WANT GREAT SERVICE !!!!

So uhaul let me down but this store saved the day. Made a reservation online 3week in advance only to be told a day before that there was no truck for me. Makes reservations pointless. Was left with no choice but to call local store myself to see if they had any by chance- something scheduling should have done for me but didn't. Pilgrim had a truck scheduled for drop off later. He went an extra mile by calling the customer what time they would drop off so he can put me on that truck. Kinda interesting that uhaul scheduling,despite a 3weeks reservation, would just drop me without an effort to find me alternative while an independent contractor would go above and beyond

The people are nice, but the truck light switches were not properly mounted, which required me to have to dig around under the dash to operate the lights. That was a huge hassle, sometimes causing me to stand in the rain to get the correct angle to turn the knobs. But the light timer wasn't working either, so the battery ran down. ln the excitement of the dead battery, I locked the keys in the truck. Then customer service told me that I would have to pay $210 our of pocket to get the truck opened because the smart move insurance does not cover lockouts. I called a service myself and paid $75. It ended up being a most unpleasant move.

Everything was fine except the check engine light came on (and stayed on) about 1/2 way through my trip. Did not feel comfortable loading up the furniture 75 miles away and risk being stranded between Abbeville and Baton Rouge. Aborted the move and Reuther truck. Kind of a fail.

My renting of a storage room and U-Haul truck was flawless. Several weeks later I called Pilgrim Storage on consecutive business days. Each time I left a message which included my name, #, and request for a call. Neither message ever received a reply. About a week and a half later I called a third time and the matter was promptly handled. If not for that I would have rated Pilgrim 5 stars, but if one cannot or will not answer the telephone or respond to requests for a call back, what rating can one expect? MAYBE I would recommend Pilgrim Storage. This survey disallows me from submitting it without answering all questions.

We rented a climate controlled unit at Pilgrim Storage for 8 months while we searched for a home. All of our belongings were safe and sound and easy to access. And Stacey is the best!! I highly recommend Pilgrim!

The only reason room was dark the bulb was burned out and not replaced I don't feel like it was a tragedy it was a little difficult having to carry a flashlight to see removal furniture like I said it was not a tragedy very friendly I would recommend to everyone

Three hall lights inoperative adjacent to unit E093. Never understood which timer switch turned on lights in my corridor. Manager provided magnet flashlights which helped. Good overall experience. HR for DH
