when i went to pick up the trailer i was told to buy insurance because the trailer lights didn’t work. i was in a bind so i had to take it. the day i left it is was rainy so i worried about traffic hitting me then entire drive (5 hours)

I can’t remember the lady’s name that helped us at Pilgrim Storage Center but she was awesome. The whole process only took 10 min because I did most of the process on line. The online process was very user friendly. Great job U-haul!!!
