I dropped off the trailer after-hours at Pilgrims Storage Center. This is the location I requested from Dontaveous and this is the location listed on my paperwork. The next day I got a text from another location asking if I was still going to drop off the trailer to them, and that "there was no designated drop off location selected." My paperwork clearly shows Pilgrims Storage Center. The other location stated the equipment had not yet been checked in. Not sure where that confusion came from. Regarding this survey, you are making me answer if "the personnel helpful," but there was no personnel because it was after-hours. Time to re-do your survey to account for different scenarios.
