Nobody was there and they said they would be there and there were not and the mechanic had to make a peace of paper to show I turn-in the trailer. Trailer had no turn signiel on right side .DONALDJEROME W.

I did not know I was signed up for "self" pick-up. When I showed up to pick up my rental the place was closed. This caused massive panic, as you might imagine. I was then instructed to use the app which would not recognize my email or phone number. After calling back in the gentleman who answered was kind enough to walk me through the process and was very helpful! Ultimately, once we were on our way, no problems or issues. It was the initial shock of showing up to a closed Uhaul location!August M.

Truck was in great shape but the car transport trailer needs better maintenance. Welds broken, straps were tattered ,one tire was worn, found a few loose bolts !!! Somewhat disconcerting.RANDY M.

The key in the lock box was for the wrong truck. I sat on hold for 5 minutes with customer service before I tried the code in the other lock box and it was the same box, so I flipped the keys. Once I got in the truck, the Milne was wrong. Again I had to sit on hold with customer service. At the end of the call they said just to take the truck and we can dispute the charges after. In the end, the pricing was corrected, but I still wasted 20-30 minutes of my rental trying to figure out the keys and mileage.Michael T.
Make it clear where to drop the keys off. in the drop box, not in the key pad that I got it from. I spent 30 min on the phone trying to contact someone for the code, then with the virtual assistant found out I just need to put it in the drop box. Perhaps a reminder we need to fill it to the same gas level. it was half full when I got it, so I thought that perhaps it didn't need to be filled, then got a 30$ charge. I know you make money this way, but its not great for the customer. Also, I didn't realize if I used the pads already in the vehicle I would be charged. A note on that would be good. This was not the location that I had originally online reserve the one way truck! I had reserved a pick up at Advanced Self Stg Of Wexford, 1 American Wy, Wexford, PA 15090. No one notified me of the change. The person at original location Wexford acted like it was no big deal, they just didn't have a one way available so it was moved to another location that did. I am glad I don't need to rent trucks very often.Keith N.

I chose the online process to turn in the trailer I rented. There was no human interaction. The online process initially starts out as a vehicle return. It left me wondering if my trailer return would be addressed. I eventually got to the option of turning in a trailer. I think that the first page of the online process should include the choice of options: Vehicle or trailer or both.Paul B.

I originally reserved for a certain location, which showed up on my email. Upon arrival I was told I went to the wrong pick up point, which the location was never disclosed to me. Then the reservation was switched to my location and a insurance package was added to my bill. On my original reservation I did not select a special insurance package.Travis C.
