You phone app is not user friendly at all. I even spoke with my son about this and he agreed and he’s pretty tech savvy. It’s clunky in my opinion.

The only recommendation would be to inform the customer that if you can’t pick it up when you reserved it, you have to get the pickup time changed or the mobile app won’t work.
