The equipment i got charged for was not in the truck, no one was there to help fix the problem, I reported it wasn't in the vehicle through the app, the app registered it wasn't there, then still charged me. Also, whoever cleans the windows needs to take a refresher course, the inside looks like someone took a mop to the inside of the glass.
