I was forced to pick up the truck a day early, but told I would only be charged for 1 day, but charged 3 day rental. This should have been clear and was not my fault the office was closed. I tried calling them to understand the charge, but get no answer. I would think twice before using them again.

The service agent was very helpful when I had to change my reservation. When I wasn't able to, she call UHaul and had it changed for me. Great experience. Oh, the truck was fine, it had some damage that was already noted, was clean, and had almost a full tank of gas.

Shortly after I picked up the truck in Gilbert, AZ, a woman called me from a 602 area code customer service phone number asking me to drop the truck in Snowflake, AZ,40 miles in the opposite direction of where we would be going when we were finished off-loading the truck. She told me that the Overgaard facility was full and couldn't accept another truck. She offered me a $50 credit. I guess that was supposed to cover my time, my wife's time, and fuel for a personal vehicle during the time we were busy moving. This story of the lot being full was a complete fabrication. After being on the phone with her for 30+ minutes, she finally admitted your company needed the truck in Snowflake for other reservations, not because the lot was full in Overgaard. I ended up on the phone with her co-worker, Matthew, who tried to "guilt" me into driving the truck to Snowflake. Very unprofessional. There was only one truck in the Overgaard lot when I dropped off the truck.

Booked in Holbrook but they made me go 100 miles out of the way and then charged me for a 15 foot and I got a 10' then no one was there because pick up location was closed. No one helped when we called and now they are charging a extra $200 for miles and gas when I have pictures I think the greed and selfishness of this company to Bill and not care they are sending you to some other pick up spot. Worst company and I hope they go under.

Thought it was strange it wasn't open on the weekend and they just left the trucks there for me. This was the third location I had to go out of my way to this location to pick up the trucks which U-Haul covered that however it interfered with my timing. The email sent to me was to include some instructions but I was unable to open a couple of the things sent to me as well as it was encrypted in some kind of different language the one I could open. Overall getting the trucks with easy just felt uncomfortable not speaking to someone in person and making sure it was okay. Mitzi Loughridge
